To exchange your instrument, simply return the one you have and take out a new rental. We treat each size or instrument exchange as independent rentals. You will be asked for a new deposit and your existing deposit, minus any extra string usage or residue fees, will be returned.
If your current instrument is in need of repair, please return the instrument to us. Your instrument will be repaired free of charge. If the repair requires more than 3 days, we will organize a replacement or loan instrument for you.
