1.For Self Pickup Customers
• Please make arrangements to drop off your instrument at the location where you picked it up.
• Your pickup location contact information is listed on your profile page after log in.
• Remember to:
    1) Take any personal items out of the case
    2) Be sure all tapes and stickers are taken off and the violin is cleaned with the polishing cloth provided.
• Please remember to return you instrument before the last day of your monthly due date to avoid being billed for the next month.

2. For Shipping Customers
• Please prepare your instrument for shipping following the instructions below.
• Remember to allow a few days for shipping so that the instrument arrives to us before the last day of your monthly due date so you won’t be billed for the next month
• Shipping Instructions:
    1) Take any personal items out of the case.
    2) Be sure all tapes and stickers are taken off and the violin is cleaned with the polishing cloth provided.
    3) Wrap the bridge with tissue and put some tissue under the tailpiece (see photo).
    4) Be sure the instrument is protected within the box using the supplied packing materials.
    5) Use the return address label included with the original shipment and apply it to the box.
